Individual
An individual sized tray will come in a disposable box.
This tray will include 2 types of cheese, one meat with an assortment of fruit, crackers and other garnishes. Substitutions may be made.

Large
A large tray will serve 8-12 people. The large tray will come on a reusable 17 x 13 inch rectangular tray. The tray will include 4 cheeses, 3 charcuterie meats, an assortment of fruit, 2 spreads, one pickled item, crackers and other garnishes.

Small
A small tray will feed 2-4 people. This will be a disposable 8 x 8 square plate or an 8 inch round plate. This tray will include 3 cheeses, 2 charcuterie meats, 1 spread and an assortment of fruit, crackers and other garnishes.

Extra Large
This tray will serve 12 - 20 people. This will be a reusable 18 x 24 inch rectangular tray. This tray will come with 5 cheeses, 3 charcuterie meats, an assortment of fruit, 3 spreads, 2 pickled items, crackers and other garnishes.

Medium
A medium tray will feed 4-8 people. The tray will come on a 12 x 12 square or a 12 inch round reusable tray.
This tray will come with 4 cheeses, 2 charcuterie meats, on pickled item and a spread and an assortment of fruit, crackers and other garnishes.
